Studio Policies & Client Guidelines Booking & Appointments Reservation Requirement: All services require an appointment. Same-day bookings may be available but are not guaranteed. Confirmation: Clients will receive an appointment confirmation and reminder. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes early to complete any necessary forms and prepare for your service. Late arrivals may require a shortened service to avoid delaying the next client. --- No-Show/No-Call Policy Cancellation Notice: Clients are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. No-Show/No-Call: If a client does not show up for their appointment and does not provide notice, it will be considered a no-show. Consequences: First No-Show: A fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service will be charged. Second No-Show: A fee equivalent to 100% of the booked service will be charged, and future appointmentsbrequire a deposit. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be considered a no-show. Exceptions: Emergencies and extenuating circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! --- Health & Safety Contraindications: Please inform the esthetician of any medical conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, medications (especially retinoids), or recent cosmetic procedures. Skin Integrity: Services can not be performed on sunburned, broken, or compromised skin. Hygiene Standards: The studio follows strict sanitation protocols, including the use of medical-grade disinfectants, disposable supplies when appropriate, and single-use waxing applicators (no double-dipping). --- Waxing Guidelines Please avoid: Retin-A, Differin, Accutane, or exfoliating acids 3–7 days prior (depending on strength). Sun exposure, tanning beds, or spray tans 24–48 hours before waxing. Working out, saunas, or hot showers immediately after waxing to reduce irritation. Hair must be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice) for effective waxing. Sensitivity after waxing is normal; aftercare instructions will be provided to support proper healing. --- Facial Service Guidelines Clients should discontinue: Exfoliating products 48 hours before treatment Retinoids 3–7 days prior (unless otherwise discussed) If receiving both waxing and a facial, services may need to be scheduled on separate days, depending on your skin type and sensitivity. Post-treatment redness or sensitivity may occur and typically resolves within a few hours. --- Payment & Gratuity All major payment methods are accepted. Gratuity is never required but always appreciated. --- Refunds & Adjustments Service fees are non-refundable. If you experience concerns following your appointment, please contact the studio within 48 hours so adjustments or recommendations can be provided. --- Professional Conduct This is a professional, licensed service environment. Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the service and permanent dismissal from the studio. --- Privacy & Confidentiality All client information, conversations, and treatment notes are kept strictly confidential.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
I charge a 50% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
